Terms of service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and the services and equipment supplied by Errota Systems LLC ("Errota Systems", "we", "us") to business customers ("you"). By requesting a quote, placing an order or using our services you accept these terms.

About us

Errota Systems LLC is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, registered office 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: errotasystems@proton.me.

What we offer

We provide IT consulting, technical support, installation and deployment, training, software setup and device management services, and we supply computer and electronic equipment and software licences. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for consumers.

Quotes and orders

Every engagement starts with a written quote stating scope, price, timing and, for equipment, model, quantity and warranty. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. A contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing and, where required, pay the deposit shown on it.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in the currency shown on the quote and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Unless the quote says differently, invoices are payable within 14 days. Equipment orders may require full or partial payment before we place the order with our supplier. Ownership of equipment passes to you once it has been paid in full.

Delivery and acceptance

Delivery times are estimates based on supplier availability. Risk in equipment passes to you on delivery. Please check deliveries promptly and tell us about any visible damage or missing items within 5 business days.

Services

We perform services with reasonable care and skill. Support plans cover the scope described in your quote; work outside that scope is quoted separately. You agree to give us the access and information we reasonably need, and you remain responsible for keeping your own backups of business data.

Warranty

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we help you claim. Our own workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from completion: if something we configured does not work as agreed, we fix it at no charge.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our returns and refunds policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under any contract is limited to the amount you paid under that contract, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Confidentiality

We treat information about your business, systems and data as confidential and use it only to deliver our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a business established in the European Union, this does not deprive you of any protection that mandatory local law provides.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date you accept a quote applies to that order.
