This policy explains how Errota Systems LLC ("Errota Systems", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, contact us or become a customer.
Who is responsible
Errota Systems LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. You can reach us about any privacy matter at errotasystems@proton.me.
What we collect
- Contact form and email: your name, company, email address, the topic you choose and the content of your message.
- Customers: billing and delivery details, order history, and the technical information needed to deliver and support the services you buy.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data to serve the website and protect it from abuse.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser stores that preference locally on your device; it is never sent to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes, based on your request and consent.
- To perform contracts with customers: supply, installation, support, invoicing and warranty handling.
- To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting record keeping.
- To keep the website secure, based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only to the extent needed:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and security)
- Web3Forms (delivery of contact form messages to our inbox)
- Proton AG (email)
- Payment processors and banks, when you pay us
- Carriers and distributors, when equipment is shipped to you
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
International transfers
Errota Systems is based in the United States and some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where data from the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to errotasystems@proton.me and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The website is served exclusively over encrypted connections, and we limit access to personal data to the people who need it to do their work.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
